Dr Riffer der gesunde Garten enables the effective removal of pollutants and the improvement of water quality with the ideal filter material zeolite. Zeolite is a natural alternative to chemical pond cleaners.

The zeolite grains function in the water like a kind of "sponge", absorbing nutrients and then slowly and steadily releasing them back into the water. The mineral is known for its absorbent properties, which can remove pollutants from the water and thus promote the biological balance in the pond. It can also help to reduce algae growth and increase the depth of visibility in the water. To prevent the pollutants from returning to the water cycle, the grains should be removed from the ponds or aquariums at regular intervals.
